Personal Training
Personal training sessions are 1-1 in a bespoke fitness studio in Lincoln, where we can work towards your personal goals. I plan each session ahead of time to ensure they are 100% personalised to you, focusing on cardio and strength training, so you can achieve your goals in a healthy and supported way.
I want you to think about exercise differently; it is not a punishment for what you have eaten with the sole focus of losing weight. Instead it is nourishment, nourishment to make your body work better and to help it function in a healthier way, through exercise you actually enjoy! I won’t weigh, measure or take before/after pictures of you. The focus of our personal training sessions is for you to work hard. Work hard on building your strength, so you can feel fitter and have more confidence.
The environment has such an impact on how we feel, so all of my personal training sessions are in a small independent gym off Doddington Road in Lincoln, UK. This is unlike a commercial gym; it is friendly and non-judgemental. Everyone is just doing their little bit to improve their health and fitness. When we feel comfortable, we do more and achieve more: it is the perfect space for you to realise your potential.
