Body Image Coaching
Coaching you to improve your body image, relationship with food and ultimately your relationship with yourself. My expertise as a qualified life coach will guide you to not only understand why you feel down and out about yourself, your weight and your body but to actually change it. This has nothing to do with going on a diet!
A good understanding of what your body needs from food and movement is great, we will cover that, but the real work is on understanding the emotional connections you have made. The beliefs you hold that affect your confidence and fuels your inner critic. The transformation between hating your body and finally finding peace in your body is mind blowing.
Personal Training
Fun 1-1 Personal Training sessions in a bespoke fitness studio in Lincoln. We will work on your strength and conditioning, to feel fitter, stronger and be more confident in what you can achieve.
Personalised gym / home workouts
I will create personalised workouts for you to do in-between our sessions, either at home or in the gym, to support your individual goals and how you like to move your body.
